Summary:
The Director of Digital Fan Growth is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive new fans into the team’s data ecosystem as well as deepening relationships and driving business outcomes from existing fans through targeted, automated and connected digital fan journey campaigns across email, SMS, website, app and paid media.
This role sits at the intersection of business intelligence, fan data platforms, paid media and marketing technology, ensuring every campaign is coordinated, data-driven, and optimized across the full fan journey. This individual will own campaign execution and end-to-end platform orchestration to deliver timely, personalized and relevant digital communications to our fans.
This role will manage people and collaborate closely with Ticket Sales, Partnerships, Brand Marketing & Content, Community Engagement and Business Intelligence & Operations to deliver measurable business results across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance sports and entertainment environment.

Annual Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00
