Intern, Brand Marketing

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Brand Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive fan engagement, strengthen brand affinity, and expand audience development efforts across the organization, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.

Your Role on the Team

• Assist with audience research, fan insights, and market trends to identify opportunities to engage emerging, multicultural, and next-generation fans.
• Support analysis of audience behavior, demographic trends, and campaign performance to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Assist with collecting, organizing, and tracking campaign, attendance, ticketing, promotional, and fan-engagement performance metrics.
• Support the development of integrated marketing plans, project timelines, briefs, and activation calendars for organizational and brand initiatives

• Collaborate with Marketing, Community Relations, Partnerships, Ticketing, Digital Media, Creative Services, and other internal teams to coordinate campaign needs and deliverables.
• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives that strengthen brand affinity, increase fan engagement, and support revenue goals.
• Support grassroots and community-based marketing initiatives designed to build awareness and develop new fan audiences across the region.
• Assist with influencer and creator initiatives, including research, event participation, content needs, and campaign tracking.
• Support the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs, promotional events, theme nights, and in-market activations.
• Partner with internal teams to support promotional ticket offers, attendance-driving initiatives, and related marketing needs.
• Support game-day marketing operations, including promotional activations throughout Mortgage Matchup Center, hospitality suites, retail merchandise initiatives, and live presentation programming.
• Provide logistical and on-site support for events and activations, including preparing materials, coordinating internal needs, and assisting with setup and execution.
• Assist with post-campaign recaps, reporting, and recommendations for future marketing efforts.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support special projects and evolving priorities across the Integrated Marketing team.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in fan behavior, market trends, and campaign performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience in brand marketing, events, fan engagement, sports and entertainment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Available to work select nights, weekends, holidays, games, and events.
