Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Digital Print Systems Manager to own, manage and optimize the digital print ecosystem at our Allen, TX facility. This role focuses on HP PrintOS (primary), along with Dalim/Hybrid and PrintIQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary SME for HP PrintOS, including DFE, hot folders, SiteFlow, and digital workflows
• Manage Dalim/Hybrid for digital prepress operations
• Manage PrintIQ as it relates to digital print operations
• Partner with digital print operations
• Maintain data integrity
• Support Power BI reporting
• Improve workflows
• Troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors
• Manage integrations
• Train users

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years experience, strong HP PrintOS experience required, familiarity with DFE, hot folders, SiteFlow, Dalim/Hybrid, and PrintIQ preferred.
