The Crown Is Yours

As a Customer Strategy & Operations Specialist, you will be the driving force behind strategic initiatives across our Customer Organization. This role goes beyond managing projects; you will be a key contributor in identifying opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, establish best practices, and develop scalable playbooks and processes. You will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic priorities, collaborating with business leaders and cross-functional partners to achieve our goals. 

What You'll Do

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting the Customer Organization from planning through execution.

  • Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, develop execution plans, and drive alignment across teams.

  • Build and maintain project plans, governance routines, and stakeholder communications to keep initiatives on track.

  • Track and communicate decisions, progress, risks, issues, and project updates with stakeholders and leadership teams.

  • Identify opportunities to improve planning, execution, and operational processes while contributing to scalable playbooks, templates, and best practices.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 5 years of project management, business operations, consulting, or related experience.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with experience operating in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and know when to seek guidance.

  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a highly matrixed environment.

  • Passion for driving results, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable business impact.

  • Previous exposure to agile work methodologies and continuous improvement processes.

  • Experience with project management tools such as Airtable preferred.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 83,200.00 USD - 104,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
