The main task of the person at the position will be to coordinate all activities and operations relating to the maintenance of the grounds and outdoor spaces at Stade Saputo and Centre Nutrilait while ensuring that they work closely with the operational team in order to adhere to the expected standards.
The person must be flexible as they will be required to work on days, evenings and weekends depending on home and away games.
Key Responsibilities Maintain Club playing surfaces, training surfaces, synthetic surfaces, landscaping, outdoor parking and roadside environment; Perform daily routine preparation and maintenance of playing surfaces and surrounding landscape; Ensure irrigation and drainage systems are functional and in good condition; Assist the Sports Field Manager in the coordination of field teams, ensuring that they meet established standards, responsibilities and schedule; Ensure that the layout and configuration of the playing surface is optimal to ensure that the best possible results are achieved; Ensure the safe use and operation of equipment and machines and ensure their regular maintenance and preventive maintenance; Ensure that the working environment is clean and safe and carry out any corrective measures necessary to maintain a safe environment; Ensure that fertilizers and chemicals are used according to standards and ensure their conservation; Maintain high standards of customer service at all times; Ensure that land and infrastructure tures are properly winterized and ensure an optimal start to the season; Be able to assist contractors and other external suppliers; Prepare and implement continuous improvement practices; Contribute to the development, implementation, communication and application of department-specific procedures; Perform any other related tasks.

The person must demonstrate flexibility, as they will be required to workdays, evenings, and weekends depending on home and away matches.
Main responsibilities Maintain the Club's playing surfaces, training surfaces, synthetic surfaces, landscaping, exterior parking areas, and roadside environment; Perform daily preparation work and routine maintenance of playing surfaces and the surrounding landscape; Ensure irrigation and drainage systems are functional and in good condition; Assist the Head Groundskeeper in coordinating grounds crews, ensuring they follow established standards, responsibilities, and schedules; Ensure the layou t and configuration of the playing surface are optimized to achieve the best possible results; Ensure the safe use and operation of equipment and machinery and oversee their regular servicing and preventive maintenance; Ensure the work environment remains clean and safe and take any corrective action required to maintain a safe environment; Ensure fertilizers and chemicals are used according to standards and stored properly; Maintain high standard ds of customer service at all times; Ensure grounds and infrastructure are properly winterized and that the season starts optimally; Be able to assist contractors and other external suppliers; Prepare and implement continuous improvement practices; Contribute to the development, implementation, communication, and enforcement of department-specific procedures; Perform all other related duties as required.
Have a minimum of five (5) years of shipping rience in field maintenance (experience with sports fields is an important asset); College diploma in natural surface management, DEP or related field; Great ability to manage priorities, several projects at the same time, independently and to work under pressure within tight deadlines; Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite; Have a valid driver's license; Be in good physical shape, be capable e to lift and carry heavy objects and be able to stand for long periods depending on Club activities; Be able to work flexible hours when the job role requires it (all hours of the day and weekends).
Required qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of experience in grounds maintenance (experience with sports fields is a strong asset); College diploma in natural s urface management, vocational diploma, or related field; Strong ability to manage priorities, handle several projects at the same time independently, and work under pressure with tight deadlines; Knowledge of Microsoft 365; Valid driver's licence; Be in good physical condition, able to lift and carry heavy objects, and able to remain standing for long periods depending on Club activities; Be able to work flexible hours when the role requires it ( all hours of the day and weekends).
