We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Coordinator, Merchandise Marketing, to join our team, responsible for collaborative departments across all Player 15 Group (Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Valley Suns, and Mortgage Matchup Center).

Your role on the team:

  • Build marketing campaigns to support retail goals and initiatives.
  • Maintain merchandise launch and promotional calendar.
  • Ensure all retail outlets branding is always on trend.
  • Work with an integrated marketing team on special collaborations and community-based retail projects.
  • Development and distribution of retail and merchandise promotional messaging, copy, static and audio/video assets.
  • Manage the organization’s internal ordering process.
  • Act as point of contact for retail partner and arena events team for concerts, shows, & events in the Footprint Center.
  • Assist with merchandise seeding kits for influencers, alumni & media outlets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

  • Understanding merchandising principles, product lifecycle, and retail operations.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and customer trends to inform marketing decisions.
  • Experience tracking campaign performance and preparing post-campaign recaps and reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with licensing and local licensing partners, vendors, and brand teams. 
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team including creative, retail operations, e-commerce, purchasing, and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of inventory planning and merchandise strategies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and email marketing is a plus.
