Position Summary
The Coordinator, Digital Marketing supports the execution and optimization of the organization’s digital platforms, with a primary focus on website management, SEO performance, and ongoing digital maintenance. This role is responsible for supporting fan engagement and data collection efforts across owned digital channels, ensuring consistent content updates, performance tracking, and compliance with data privacy standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong foundation in website operations, analytics, and digital best practices.
 
 Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update Commanders.com and NorthwestStadium.com, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and alignment with brand standards
  • Support day-to-day management of all digital marketing channels including website, email, SMS, and app updates as needed
  • Ensure content consistency across platforms and assist with campaign execution
  • Lead page creation, content management updates, and content publishing for marketing, ticketing, partnership, and various other brand initiatives
  • Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes with internal or external technical teams
  • Optimize user experience through regular audits of navigation, page structure, and mobile responsiveness
  • Execute SEO and AI best practices across website content, including keyword optimization, metadata, schema, and site structure improvements
  • Monitor search performance and rankings, providing recommendations to improve visibility and organic traffic
  • Support tracking and recurring reporting on digital performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement, and conversions
  • Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and functionality of analytics tools across digital properties
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for data privacy compliance, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and league guidelines across all digital touchpoints
  • Create and maintain digital data collection forms, surveys, and tools, ensuring brand consistency, data integrity, positive user experience, and compliance with privacy policies
  • Support documentation and execution of data-related processes, including Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and data requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure secure and compliant digital data collection practices

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 of digital marketing experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, media, or consumer brands
  • Experience with tools such as CRMs, CDPs, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and paid media platforms
  • Understanding of HTML coding, content management systems, email marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, analytics, website optimization, UX/UI, automations, and analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with digital guidelines, data privacy standards, and sponsorship structures
  • Strategic thinker and team player with strong execution skills
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
  • Ability to work nontraditional hours including nights, weekends, and game days.
