The Brand Operations Representative supports the Brand Operations team in the planning, coordination, and execution of Brand Engagement projects across Spurs Sports & Entertainment. This part-time, entry-level role assists the Associate Production Manager throughout the project lifecycle, from ideation and planning through execution and completion. The position coordinates calendars, logistics, digital assets, data, and cross-functional information to support Brand Operations initiatives. The role manages multiple priorities while communicating effectively and working collaboratively across teams. The position requires professionalism, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Assist with planning and execution of Brand Engagement projects across Spurs Sports & Entertainment, supporting project activities from ideation and planning through execution and completion.
  • Coordinate daily, weekly, and long-term calendars for multiple teams, including scheduling and logistics that support Brand Operations initiatives.
  • Support implementation and ongoing administration of the Brand Engagement digital assets system.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data to support Brand Operations projects and related decision-making.
  • Prepare, capture, and maintain cross-functional information for content initiative meetings and related follow-up.
  • Assist the Brand Operations team with prioritizing work, coordinating deliverables, and maximizing project efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Film, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • This is an entry-level position; prior professional experience is not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, solve problems, work independently, and coordinate multiple responsibilities is required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and work collaboratively in a team environment is required.
  • Ability to work long, flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
