JOB SUMMARY:

This position assists the Manager of Atrium Operations in the operations and supervisory work associated with the department. The work involves day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping and Set Up staff to maintain the highest level of customer service throughout Lambeau Field and all other Packer properties. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for assisting in the operations of the Housekeeping and Set Up functions of the department.
• Provide a level of attention to detail that is expected from a world class organization.
• Assist in assuring that all areas under supervision have personnel to provide the appropriate coverage to meet all operational objectives.
• Provide direction and guidance to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment.
• Provide individual motivation to employees to enable each one to perform to his/her fullest potential. 
• Attend and participate in departmental staff meetings on a scheduled basis.
• Keep all public and back of the house areas clean and organized at all times.
• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the department’s equipment.
• Maintain customer satisfaction; conduct quality control inspections and co-design quality improvement programs.
• Support Facilities operations at other Packers properties.
• Assume responsibility for all related work as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of prior experience in housekeeping or setup field.
• 1 year of prior experience in supervising employees.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, both one-on-one and in group situations.
• Ability to function appropriately under stressful conditions.
• Excellent administrative, organizational skills and an ability to prioritize.
• Must have good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays, and be able to respond to emergency calls after hours as needed.
• Working knowledge of basic Audio/Visual is a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to push &/or pull heavy objects.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift during most of shift.

TRAVEL: Some travel between buildings may be required.
