Job description
Betr is looking for an Acquisition Operations Associate to help execute and scale our marketing efforts across sports and casino. You’ll work closely with our acquisition team, creative team, and external partners to keep campaigns moving, improve reporting, and bring new products and promotions to market.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with data, and interested in how creative, media, and product work together to drive growth. You’ll own day-to-day workflows and coordination while building experience across performance marketing and product marketing through process improvements, tracking, reporting, and insights.
Creative Operations
Coordinate the creative process from brief through delivery, keeping priorities, deadlines, feedback, and approvals organized.
Work with internal creatives, agencies, and creators to develop assets for paid media and acquisition campaigns.
Maintain an organized creative library and testing tracker so the team can easily access assets and understand what’s running.
Track creative performance and help translate learnings into new briefs, iterations, and testing ideas.
Reporting & Insights
Maintain recurring reports on acquisition spend, campaign performance, creative results, and partner activity.
Help monitor key metrics, including acquisition cost, conversion rates, customer value, and payback.
Check data for accuracy, flag discrepancies, and coordinate with acquisition and data teams to resolve issues.
Summarize results into clear takeaways that help the team prioritize next steps.
Partner Management
Support day-to-day coordination with agencies, affiliates, creators, and other marketing partners.
Manage deliverables, timelines, asset requests, tracking links, and campaign launch requirements.
Maintain partner trackers and support invoice reconciliation and budget tracking.
Prepare performance updates and keep follow-ups and action items moving.
Product Marketing
Support go-to-market execution for new products, features, promotions, and acquisition offers.
Coordinate with product, creative, retention, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns have accurate messaging and launch on schedule.
Help maintain and test acquisition touchpoints, including landing pages, app store assets, and onboarding experiences.
QA customer journeys, promotional messaging, and tracking before launch, and flag opportunities to improve conversion.
Monitor competitor offers, creative, and customer experiences to inform new ideas.
1+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, account coordination, or a related role.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets to organize data, maintain reports, and identify trends.
Clear written and verbal communication, with strong follow-through across internal teams and external partners.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues and getting them resolved.
Interest in performance marketing, creative testing, and understanding what drives customers to sign up and engage.
Ability to work independently and adapt as priorities evolve.
Experience in sports, gaming, consumer apps, or another fast-paced consumer business.
Familiarity with paid media platforms, attribution tools, affiliate platforms, or reporting dashboards.
Experience coordinating creative production or supporting product launches.
Familiarity with AI tools that improve research, reporting, and day-to-day marketing workflows.
Creative assets and campaigns launch on time, with clear ownership and fewer execution errors.
Reporting is accurate, consistent, and useful for decision-making.
Partners have the assets, information, and follow-through they need to deliver.
Product launches and promotions are supported by clear messaging and thoroughly checked customer journeys.
The acquisition team has more capacity to focus on strategy, testing, and growth.
