Reports to: Director of Special Events/Operations
Job Description:
· Assist operations team with preparation and tear down for games/events including spraying down concourse, checking supplies, prepping group areas, signs, etc.
· Assist with stadium projects throughout the season (pressure washing, painting, cleaning).
· Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
· Assist other departments as needed.
· Gain hands on experience managing flow and logistics of live events.
Qualifications:
· Full-time internship runs from February through September.
· Must be available to work all home games and events.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in various weather conditions.
· Strong communication skills and customer service.
· Must be well organized and flexible to meet time, priority and workload demands.
· Able to perform physical tasks associated with stadium setup and maintenance.
· Ability to stand, sit and walk for up to 8+ hours.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
