The incumbent is responsible for capturing and editing video content for CF Montréal, in addition to actively contributing to the development of content for the Club.
She needs to be very flexible, since the work schedule can include days, evenings and weekends, depending on matches and special events.
The person occupying the position will also be required to travel with Team P and the Academy.
Main responsibilities Filming media availabilities and press conferences; Filming training sessions as well as matches, at home and on the road; Conducting interviews with players; Performing video editing, animations (Adobe After Effects) and sound editing; Creating and staging different video series, including content presented by partners; Producing storytelling nude for social media (YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.); Design videos for other departments of the Club; Collaborate and share images on media platforms; Actively participate in the development of ideas for new video projects; Work closely with different stakeholders to ensure open communication and a uniform and effective workflow; Propose continuous improvement practices to optimize content production; Contribute to the development, implementation, communication and application of department-specific procedures; Collaborate with the team in the coordination of material needs required for the operation of the department, ensure inventory and maintenance; Perform any other related tasks; Job description The person in this role is responsible for f ilming and editing video content for CF Montréal, while actively contributing to the Club's content development.

Key responsibilities Film media availabilities and press conferences; Film training sessions and matches, both at h ome and on the road; Conduct interviews with players; Perform video editing, animations (Adobe After Effects), and sound editing; Create and produce various video series, including partner-presented content; Produce content for social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.); Design video content for other Club departments; Collaborate and share footage on media distribution platforms; Actively participate in the developmen t of ideas for new video projects; Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure open communication and an efficient, consistent workflow; Propose continuous improvement initiatives to optimize content production; Contribute to the development, implementation, communication, and application of departmental procedures; Collaborate with the team to coordinate equipment needs, including inventory management and maintenance; Perform any other rel ated duties.

Be a creative, innovative, proactive, self-directed, and solution-oriented person; Hold a college diploma (DEC) in communication, film, or a related field; Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in video editing, camera operation, or a related field; Have relevant experience in video production in a sports context; Demonstrate a high capa cited for managing priorities and conducting multiple projects simultaneously autonomously, while respecting tight deadlines; Possess a very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the Adobe suite; Master Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop; The ability to create animations is an asset; Hold a valid driver's license; Hold a valid passport; Be available to travel with the Premier team and academy during matches and special events; Attach to your application a video demo (real) or a portfolio presenting recent examples of completed projects (capture, editing, storytelling, digital content, etc.).

We are looking for a creative, innovative, proactive, self-motivated individual who is solution-oriented; Hold a College Diploma (DEC) in Communications, Film Production, or a elated field; Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in video editing, camera operation, or a related field; Have relevant experience in video production within a sports environment; Demonstrate a strong ability to manage priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines; Have a strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the Adobe Creative Suite; Be proficient in Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop; Animation skills are considered an asset; Hold a valid driver's license; Hold a valid passport; Be available to travel with the First Team and the Academy for matches and special events; Submit a video demo reel or portfolio with your application showcasing recent video projects, including examples of filming, editing, storytelling, digital content creation, and other relevant work.
