Position Summary:   

Inter Miami CF is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies across the organization. This role reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead and plays a critical role in workforce planning, talent sourcing, and hiring execution. 

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator researches, develops, and implements effective recruiting strategies to attract, assess, and secure qualified talent while exercising professional judgment in recruitment activities that directly impact organizational operations. This individual will function as a recruiter for all levels of the company. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Develops, facilitates, and executes all phases of the recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing strategy development, candidate evaluation, and hiring recommendations. 
  • Partners with department leaders to consult on staffing needs and independently drafts, reviews, and maintains accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. 
  • Evaluates and implements recruiting methods and sourcing strategies based on role requirements, industry standards, labor market conditions, and organizational priorities. 
  • Manages job posting and advertising efforts across multiple platforms and recommends improvements to maximize candidate reach and quality. 
  • Independently sources, screens, and evaluates candidates; determines candidate suitability and advances finalists using sound professional judgment. 
  • Coordinates and manages interview processes, including developing interview guides, preparing selection materials, and advising hiring managers on interview best practices. 
  • Participates in and conducts interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders; provides consultative feedback and hiring recommendations. 
  • Partners with hiring managers and HR leadership throughout the offer stage to align on compensation and employment details within established guidelines. 
  • Ensures recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies. 
  • Represents the organization at college job fairs, recruiting events, and networking sessions; builds and maintains relationships with universities and external partners. 
  • Plans, coordinates, and supports new hire orientation programs to ensure a positive onboarding experience. 
  • Conducts reference checks and supports background screening processes as needed. 
  • Leads or contributes to special projects related to recruitment strategy, employer branding, and process improvement. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
