Job Title: Sr. Coordinator, Ticket Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Senior Manager, Group Sales
- Assists the Senior Manager, Group Sales & Director, Ticket Sales with team initiatives & goals
- Plan and execute various large events ranging from but not limited to: group leader events, large scale sales events, & prospecting events
- Execute all new membership prospecting including but not limited to select a seat, pregame and post-game events, prospect events, etc.
- Performs general ticketing process such as reporting, event planning, and promo code generation
- Manage a part-time game day staff to ensure Fan Experiences and Member Events are properly staff
- Help with internal events for the Ticket Sales & Service Department
Qualifications
- Prior hospitality, guest experience, & event management experience preferred.
- Excellent relationship building and people skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients at all levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Archtics & FEVO is a plus
- A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Organized and detail orientated
- Ability to multi-task & balance multiple projects at once and meet required deadlines.
- Assertive, confident, persistent, and results oriented.
- While looking to succeed personally, you must be able and interested in supporting a team environment and adhering to the Ticket Sales & Service department’s objectives, goals and mandates.
- Strong time management skills, administrative aptitude, organization, and customer service skills.
- High energy with the ability to remain focused while working independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner, both written and verbal.
- Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
