Sky Carp Photography Internship
As a Sky Carp Photography Intern, you will help capture the energy, excitement, and atmosphere that make ABC Supply Stadium special. From game action and players to fans, mascots, theme nights, events, and everything in between, your photos will help tell the story of the Beloit Sky Carp throughout the season.

We’re looking for a driven, motivated, and creative individual who takes initiative and is eager to make an impact.
The ideal candidate is someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to create. You see an opportunity, grab your camera, find the shot, and make it happen. We want someone who is constantly looking for new ideas, willing to experiment with different photography techniques, and excited to find creative ways to tell the Sky Carp story.
Responsibilities
- Photograph most of the Sky Carp’s 66 home games, capturing:
- In-game action and players
- Fans and fan interactions
- Mascots
- Employees and staff
- Theme nights and promotions
- Special events
- Party decks and hospitality areas
- Unique moments and experiences throughout the stadium
- Photograph select Sky Carp community events and appearances outside of the stadium.
- Upload photos to the team’s designated Dropbox folders in a timely manner for use by the front office and marketing team.
- Organize and maintain photos on the team computer and in Dropbox for easy access and future reference.
- Stay up to date on photography trends within the sports and entertainment industry.
- Experiment with different photography techniques, angles, perspectives, and creative concepts.
- Look for opportunities to capture unique content without always being directed where to go.
- Work closely with the social media, marketing, and creative teams to help provide photography that supports the Sky Carp brand.
- Have fun and help capture what makes Sky Carp baseball special!
Requirements
- Must have access to and be comfortable utilizing your own camera equipment.
- Must be available for most to all Sky Carp home games, including weeknights, weekends, and select holidays.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
- Must be responsive, dependable, respectful, and eager to learn.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be driven and willing to take initiative.
- Must be comfortable working independently and making creative decisions on your own.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver photos in a timely manner.
