As Senior Technical Product Manager for Monitoring & Performance, you’ll own the products and platforms that keep PrizePicks fast, observable, and resilient at scale. You’ll partner closely with engineering, infrastructure, and SRE to turn performance and reliability from a reactive scramble into a competitive advantage. Your customers are our own engineers, and your job is to make their day-to-day measurably better.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to find the bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities across our internal development lifecycle.
- Own the full product lifecycle for performance and monitoring initiatives - from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Translate engineering needs into clear requirements and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize initiatives by impact, urgency, and feasibility so the team ships the highest-value work first.
- Define success metrics, then use data to measure impact, surface insights, and inform trade-offs.
- Act as the voice of our internal engineers, making sure what we build solves real problems and is easy to adopt.
- Communicate goals, progress, and decisions clearly - to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

- Developer productivity is measurably higher than the day you started.
What you have:

- 3+ years working on platform, developer experience, and/or infrastructure products.
- Comfort with scrum/agile ceremonies and processes.
- A track record of thriving in high-growth or startup environments.
- The ability to learn quickly and ask the right questions about new technical and domain concepts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What makes you stand out:
- Industry experience in fintech and/or gaming.
- Hands-on background as a product, infrastructure, or site reliability engineer.
