Senior Product Manager, Poker

Caesars Digital is building its next poker product from the ground up, and this role will own it.

As the Senior Product Manager - Poker, you will lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution for a new standalone poker application and the poker experience embedded across Caesars Digital product, including our Sportsbook and iCasino products. You will work at the intersection of a third-party poker platform, iGaming platform, and our Player Account Management (PAM) system and be the connective tissue to turn those systems into a seamless player experience.

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $180,000 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Poker App & Platform Ownership

• Own the product roadmap and delivery for a new dedicated poker application (iOS, Android, and web) from initial launch 
  through post-launch iterations
• Define the end-to end player journey from registration, lobby and game selection, cashier, and responsible gaming
• Drive the integration between the Caesars iGaming platform and the poker platform vendor, serving as the primary product 
  voice
• Translate vendor platform capabilities into a differentiated Caesars product experience, making the product ours
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing player experience improvements, vendor integration work, regulatory 
  requirements, and internal stakeholder requests.

Cross-Product Poker Experience

• Own the poker tab and entry points within Caesars Sportsbook & iCasino products, ensuring a coherent cross-sell 
  experience that drives acquisition and engagement across verticals
• Define & maintain consistent UX standards across the standalone poker app and embedded poker surfaces
• Partner with Sportsbook, iCasino, & PAM product teams to coordinate shared dependencies (account, wallet, promotions)
   

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary product liaison with the poker platform vendor, managing the product relationship, roadmap 
  alignment, feature requests, and SLA accountability.
• Partner with internal Caesars poker business stakeholders to understand the game, player demographics, competitive 
  landscape, and go to market strategy that shapes the product
• Represent product priorities across cross functional teams such as Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
 

Required

• 5+ years of product manage experience with digital consumer products, ideally in iGaming, online gaming, or a closely 
  related regulated vertical
• Direct experience with online poker, either as a PM who has owned a poker product, operator, analyst, or deep gameplay 
  experience
• Experience managing vendor integrations as a PM, understanding how to work with them and get the best out of them
• Comfort operating in a greenfield environment; you’ve launched a new product or led a 0-1 initiative before and can build 
  structure when none exists.
• Solid understanding of regulated gaming environments; player verification, responsible gaming requirements, state level 
  regulations
   

Preferred

• Background in a multi-state online gambling product launch
• Familiarity with poker specific platform technology
• Experience working within a shared wallet, unified account system across regulated verticals
