Role Summary:
St. Louis CITY SC is seeking a Senior Membership Sales & Service Executive to drive Season Ticket Member retention, revenue growth, and long-term relationships while serving as a leader within the Membership Sales & Service team.
This role manages a portfolio of Season Ticket Members while taking on additional responsibilities across team development, intern oversight, member events, and CITY2 group sales and matchday execution.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Season Ticket Members with a focus on retention, relationship building, and revenue generation.
- Achieve established goals across retention, new sales, upselling, cross-selling, referrals, and other ticket products.
- Build meaningful member relationships through calls, emails, meetings, matchday interactions, events, and other personalized touchpoints.
- Identify client needs through discovery and recommend appropriate ticket products, experiences, and solutions.
- Provide a high level of service while proactively addressing member questions, concerns, and account needs.
- Serve as a leader and resource within the Membership Sales & Service team, sharing best practices and supporting the development of teammates.
- Assist with onboarding, training, roleplays, and other team development initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day oversight, coaching, and project direction for Membership Services interns.
- Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of Season Ticket Member events and matchday experiences, serving as an on-site lead when needed.
- Help develop CITY2 group sales concepts and strategies to drive attendance, revenue, and fan engagement.
- Assist with CITY2 group sales efforts and lead the execution of select group experiences and activations on matchday.
- Take ownership of select department projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate account information, activities, and opportunities within the organization's CRM system.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to deliver a high-level experience for members and fans.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of ticket sales, membership services, sports, entertainment, hospitality, or related sales and service experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success achieving sales, retention, revenue, and activity goals.
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex customer conversations and identify revenue opportunities.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and an interest in coaching and developing others.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of projects and responsibilities.
- Ability to balance sales, service, events, and matchday responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM and ticketing platform experience preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, matches, and events as required.
