Job Title: Senior Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships Strategy
Department: Corporate Partnerships
Reports To: Director, Corporate Partnerships Strategy & Operations
Location: This position is 100% in-office based out of the United Center in Chicago, IL. Candidates must currently reside in Chicago or be willing and able to relocate prior to the position's start date at their own expense. Relocation assistance is not being offered for this position.
Hours: Standard business hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm / Monday – Friday. However, this position has game-day responsibilities and will require non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the department and the company event schedule.

Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is $60,000. This role will be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.

Position Summary

The Senior Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships Strategy plays a key role in enhancing and enabling the strategic and operational execution of critical Corporate Partnerships sales and service processes. This position manages and drives business processes supporting partnerships development and retention with a significant focus on creative proposal creation and impactful partnership storytelling. The role will provide consistent, reliable support for sellers, account managers and clients by developing creative and best-in-class proposals, recaps, and upsell opportunities.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Own and drive the development of innovative, creative, and bespoke partnership proposals and recaps in collaboration with partnership development and account management teams.

  • Develop and maintain streamlined processes for proposal creation, file management, CRM / data tracking, and other related sales and service-related materials.

  • Serve as project manager to coordinate proposal and presentation needs, and outreach-related projects, managing timelines, deliverables, follow-ups, and cross-functional resources to ensure successful execution.

  • Apply graphic design skills, multimedia elements, and creative storytelling into compelling proposals and presentations that effectively convey partnership value proposition to partners and prospects.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the corporate partnerships team through proactive communication and collaboration.

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales and service processes and recommend solutions that increase efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.

  • Provide administrative support for sales efforts, including fulfillment and shipment of merchandise and gifts to prospective clients or any other duties as assigned.

  • Maintain a proactive and robust library of creative elements including asset imagery, descriptions, mock-ups, etc.

Player Stats and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree obtained in marketing, graphic design, business, sports administration, communications, or other relevant field.
  • 2 - 3+ years of relevant work experience (post-graduate) preferably within corporate partnerships in sports, entertainment, or comparable industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of solutions-based corporate partnerships and partnership marketing, with the ability to independently ideate, research, analyze, evaluate, and translate business information into actionable & creative revenue-driving recommendations.
  • Strong critical thinking, project management, organizational, prioritization, problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, account management, creative, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders with strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe photoshop (or comparable design software), and other presentation development tools required.
  • Experience and comfortability leveraging AI tools, proficiency with video editing software, CRM, sales intelligence, research, or related business development technologies preferred.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as may be dictated by game and event schedule.
