The Security Lead II plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment at the Frost Bank Center and all surrounding SS&E properties. This individual ensures compliance with all established security policies and procedures while providing direct supervision, training, and leadership to a team of security officers.
The Security Lead II is responsible for controlling access to restricted areas, responding to alarms and emergency situations, and maintaining vigilance in identifying and mitigating potential safety or security risks. This role also supports event readiness, facilitates credential management, and ensures that all operations are conducted in alignment with SS&E’s commitment to safety, integrity, professionalism, and exceptional guest experience.
This position serves as the primary on-site security contact during assigned shifts and exercises independent judgment to make timely operational and emergency decisions in the absence of senior leadership.
What You’ll Do:
In this position you will directly supervisor and lead a team of full-time and part-time security officers and will be responsible for coaching, training, development, completing performance evaluations, delegation of duties, and scheduling.
