Group Summary
Global Total Rewards consists of two core teams: Global Benefits and Global Compensation. Together, they design and deliver comprehensive, competitive programs that include benefits, incentives, and pay structures aimed at attracting and retaining top talent across all NBA markets in the United States, Canada, Asia, Africa, Europe, and Latin America.
These teams are responsible for managing and continuously improving compensation and benefit programs to ensure alignment between individual performance and organizational objectives. They collaborate across all regions and business lines to develop short- and long-term incentive plans that drive results while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Job Summary
The Total Rewards Department is responsible for designing and delivering innovative and market-leading plans and programs that meet current/future employees'/participants' needs, stay within budget and support the NBA's business priorities.
The Job Evaluation Analyst is a project employee position. Reporting to the Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day job evaluation process at the NBA ensuring that all our job descriptions are correctly written and categorized in order to ensure we can continue to attract the best talent for the positions while maintaining pay equity across the business. For this role, you will need to possess strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills, can understand and interpret job descriptions, and make recommendations to the business around the correct classification of jobs.
