Join our Project Management team as a PROGRAM COORDINATOR and help coordinate an extensive portfolio of sports rights and content for leading international clients in the world of Sports Betting. You'll support the successful delivery of projects through content coordination, reporting, planning, and operational excellence.

In this dynamic role, you'll combine organisation, communication and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth delivery across multiple projects. 

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Creation and operational monitoring of program content to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Managing sports content requests and bookings, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Create performance reports, business plans and actionable analysis that support informed business decision-making.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers worldwide, providing guidance, support and independent advisory.
  • Supporting commercial and contractual processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintaining and improving data accuracy within our internal CMS systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Completed education (z.B. AHS, HAK, HBLA, HLW, HTL)
  • A highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented approach to your work.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure while managing competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • A resourceful, problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • A strong interest in sport and the digital sports ecosystem.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
