We're looking for a sharp, reliable People Systems Partner be the engine of our Workday team. You'll keep the machinery behind every People process running excellently – performance, learning, benefits, time & absence, engagement – and grow, deliberately, toward owning Workday modules of your own. If you want a genuine launchpad into HR technology with senior specialists who invest in teaching, this is it.
THE CHALLENGE:
Execute mass data loads (EIBs) for org changes, regular uploads, annual cycles and corrections – accurately and audit-proof.
Run the operational side of quarterly and annual cycles: performance, calibration, talent and compensation review support.
Resolve escalated Workday tickets (tier 2) across modules – and fix the root causes, not just the symptoms.
Own structured testing for Workday releases and projects, plus our data retention and purging routines.
Implement Workday configuration improvements – starting with simpler changes and developing into ownership of larger areas.
Support with Workday report and dashboard improvements, ensuring appropriate security for every audience, and clean data as the basis for our insights.
ABOUT YOU:
Must have:
1–4 years in HRIS, HR systems, HR operations or people analytics – Workday experience strongly preferred.
Precision with data: you reconcile before you publish and keep an audit trail by instinct.
Organised and calm during live cycles – structured, deadline-driven, dependable.
A service mindset with curiosity: you resolve issues properly and spot patterns worth fixing.
Clear, confident communication with both technical and business teams. Adept at training and keeping it simple for our end users.
Ambition to grow into a Workday specialist – we're hiring someone we intend to develop.
Nice to have:
Hands on experience with Workday configuration, EIBs, security assignments, support, and testing.
OUR OFFER:
A collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (Engineering offices in Europe, Asia and US) including various social events and teambuilding.
Flexibility to manage your workday and tasks with autonomy.
A balance of structure and autonomy to tackle your daily tasks.
Vibrant and inclusive community, including Women in Tech and Pride groups which welcome all participants.
Global Employee Assistance Programme.
Calm and Relay app (leading well-being apps designed to support focus, quality rest, mindfulness, and long-term mental resilience).
Online training videos.
We are open to discuss making this role part time, from 0.8 FTE. Flexible working is how our team operates, and we’d rather adapt the role than miss the right candidate.
OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
Two Interviews: Meet with the team & Hiring Manager to dive into your background, and also discuss team fit.
Final Steps: Receive feedback and, if successful, an offer!
