Suite Runners are responsible for supporting food and beverage operations throughout the Premium Suites . Responsibilities include preparing, stocking, transporting, and delivering food, beverages, snacks, condiments, and event supplies to assigned suites before and during events. Team members are also responsible for processing event-day requests, maintaining inventory levels, restocking service areas, assisting with operational needs, and clearing suites of dishes, utensils, and other service items after events. Runners play a key role in ensuring efficient operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Starting Pay: $10.50 per hour plus tips
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess good communication and excellent teamwork skills; good customer service skills are preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to accurately prepare, organize, and deliver multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read production reports and order tickets while ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and promptly.
- Previous banquet, hospitality, restaurant, country club, or food and beverage experience is preferred.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently climb stairs, push loaded carts, and lift up to 25 pounds alone and greater loads with assistance.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including night, weekends and holiday as event schedule dictates
- Must have 75% overall availability for events each month
- Must pass a criminal background check.
