Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized \"house,\" Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.
We're growing fast — both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.
We're looking for a Paid Social Manager to own and scale Polymarket's paid acquisition across social channels. You'll sit within the Growth team, reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, and work alongside creative, analytics, and product to build a performance engine that matches the pace of our growth. The mandate is straightforward: manage significant paid media budgets across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, and beyond, drive efficient user acquisition, and build the systems that make us better at this over time.
This isn't a role where you hand off execution to an agency or wait for someone else to define the strategy. Paid social is one of our highest-leverage growth channels and we're at a stage where doing it well — or poorly — has a direct and visible impact on the business. We need someone who has managed budgets at scale, reads performance signals quickly, and can build a creative feedback loop that keeps our ads sharp as we grow.
Manage and optimize live campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, Snapchat, and emerging channels, with full ownership of pacing, budget allocation, and performance against CAC and LTV targets
Review creative performance weekly, identify what is working and why, and brief new concepts directly to the creative team based on data signals
Run incrementality and measurement tests to validate spend efficiency across channels and inform how budget is allocated across the portfolio
Monitor and audit full conversion funnels — from ad click through landing page to account creation — and flag or fix drop-off points that are costing us efficiency
Build and maintain performance reporting that gives leadership a clear, current view of channel mix, spend pacing, and contribution to company P&L
Identify and launch net-new paid channels, document what you learn, and build playbooks the team can run without you having to be in every decision
Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to connect ad-level performance data back to messaging strategy, offer design, and landing page structure
4+ years in performance marketing or paid acquisition, with hands-on campaign management experience — not just oversight
Proven experience managing $50M to $100M+ in annual paid media spend, with direct accountability for efficiency metrics
Deep hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and X, including campaign setup, audience strategy, and bid management
Cross-environment buying experience across both web and mobile app, with an understanding of how attribution and optimization differ between the two
Structured approach to creative testing and iteration, including how you brief concepts, set up tests, and translate results into the next round of creative
Strong analytical foundation, including working knowledge of attribution models beyond last-click and experience running or interpreting incrementality tests
Comfortable owning budget decisions and defending them with data in a fast-moving environment
(Plus) Experience in fintech, trading, or consumer financial products
(Plus) Familiarity with incrementality testing frameworks such as geo-based holdouts or intent-to-treat analysis
Competitive salary & equity
Unlimited PTO
Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage
401k match
Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
Base salary range: $180,000 to $220,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
This range reflects a good-faith estimate for this position. Experience levels vary widely within a title here, so please reach out even if your expectations fall outside it. We're always happy to chat.
