Vancouver Whitecaps FC is seeking an Assistant Athletic Trainer/Therapist to provide the Club’s day-to-day sports medicine operations and the health, safety and performance of its Players.
Reporting to the Head Athletic Trainer/Therapist and working under the direction of the Club Chief Medical Officer, the Assistant Athletic Trainer/Therapist will provide injury prevention, evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation services while collaborating closely with the Club’s Medical Staff. The successful candidate will also support the Head Athletic Trainer/Therapist as required and may assume their duties when they are unavailable or at the discretion of the Head Athletic Trainer/Therapist and/or Club Chief Medical Officer.
This is a full-time temporary position providing maternity leave coverage and will primarily support the MLS NEXT Pro team, with the potential to support other teams within the Club as required.
