POSITION SUMMARY

The Membership & Data Operations will be responsible for analyzing operations, membership, and industry-related data to drive insights and optimize business performance. This role requires strong data analysis capabilities, strategic thinking, and expertise in membership operations to support user growth, improve member experience, and enhance product performance.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of operational, membership, and industry data to identify trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations for business optimization
  • Manage the membership system and drive user growth through strategic membership operations, including membership strategy design, user experience optimization, subscription growth, membership activity planning, online membership benefits management, and private domain operations.
  • Oversee and optimize online product operations, proposing and implementing operational strategies to enhance overall user experience based on business needs.
  • Continuously track industry trends, competitor dynamics, and operational hot topics to identify opportunities for membership operations and product development, forming actionable recommendations for relevant teams.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational strategies

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE 

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in data analysis and internet product operations
  • Strong data processing and analytical capabilities, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools, with the ability to independently produce data analysis reports
  • Extensive experience in membership operations, with successful cases of membership system development and management.
  • Familiarity with the full membership operation process and the ability to quickly solve issues related to membership management.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, capable of handling various challenges in membership operations.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to maintain effective communication with clients and collaborate cross-functionally within the organization.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED 

  • 10+ years of professional experience in data analysis, membership operations, product operations, or related fields.
