Marketing & Communications Event Ambassador, TD Garden

Delaware North is hiring part-time Event Ambassadors to join our Marketing and Communications team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. Ideal candidates must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, reliability, honesty, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous marketing, communications and social media experience is required.

*hours and scheduling for the position will be coordinated on a bi-weekly basis.

• Provide on-site marketing and communications support for all TD Garden events.
• Serving as on-site TD Garden media/press representative to escort approved media to and from designated positions (vary by event).
• Provide support to operations manager on duty for back of house/artist welcome activations (i.e. proper signage installed, artist welcome gifts arranged).
• Capture content (video and photos) at event to be used for marketing and communications purposes.
• Publish content to TD Garden social platforms in real time, with approval from Marcomms staff.
• Monitor inbound conversation and leverage engagement opportunities as previously determined by parameters set forth by the TD Garden marcomms team.
• Successfully share any conversation with guest ambassador team at TD Garden to manage on-site execution of in-person engagement / follow-up.
• Respond / reply / engage with our social fans and followers during events.
• Assist the TD Garden / Boston Bruins digital team with the collection of photos / content to be used for promotion of games and/or events before, during or after such events.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must have a flexible schedule in order to work nights, weekends and holidays. Qualified applicants are required to work at TD Garden events, included but not limited to concerts, Bruins games, Celtics games, and other major events where marketing and communications support is needed.
• Must have transportation to and from work as well as determine own parking arrangements unless otherwise specified.
