The Number 10 Internship is our commitment to developing the next generation of leaders in sports and entertainment. Position Summary: Inter Miami CF is looking for an Intern, Human Resources to work on a wide range of projects related to HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding and administration support. This person will also be responsible for helping develop and execute various managerial projects and completing special projects as delegated by the Human Resources team.

This is a paid, part-time internship within our Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment efforts for all personnel, interns, Gameday staff and temporary employees. 
• Assist in onboarding process including generating offer letters, preparing new hire packets, drafting internal communications, revising organizational chart and scheduling meetings. 
• Assists in organizing and conducting new hire orientations, training and development sessions, and employee events. 
• Conduct audits of personnel files and assists with filings to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Assists with planning and preparation for employee appreciation events. 
• Responds to all staff and employment inquiries promptly and professionally. 
• Maintains the highest levels of confidentiality of sensitive information. 
• Performs organizational and special projects as assigned.
