In Game 50/50 Ticket Sellers

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Prudential Center and the New Jersey Devils Youth Foundation are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to be Brand Ambassadors for our 50/50 raffle ticket program. During every home game, the New Jersey Devils sell 50/50 tickets to help support the Devils Youth Foundation. Ticket sellers will be responsible for cash and credit transactions, meeting specific sales goals for each game, and dealing with face-to-face interactions of our Season Ticket Members and other fans.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE BELOW:

• Must work all or most New Jersey Devil Home Games and accurately facilitate the sale and distribution of 5050 tickets, following program requirements.
• Approaching fans pregame and in-game to explain the details of the 50/50 Raffle program and offer the opportunity to purchase tickets.
• Executing cash and credit transactions throughout and at the end of the games
• Accomplishing set sales goals for each game.
• Must be very outgoing and friendly while interacting with customers
• Hockey/Sports background and/or knowledge is a plus
• Other duties assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Work Environment: This role is only working during New Jersey Devils home games that are typically at night or on weekends. 
• Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to walk/be on your feet around the arena concourse from when the door opens to the end of the 2^nd intermission.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The pay for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $17/hour. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
