The HVAC I is responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance, repair, and testing of mechanical systems and equipment — including steam, hot water, chilled water, and air conditioning systems — throughout State Farm Arena. This role supports the Engineering department by performing hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance while adhering to OSHA guidelines and Turner Properties safety standards. Success in this role means reliable system performance, a safe working environment, and seamless guest and operational experiences on both event and non-event days.

Respond to on-call needs as required, including availability on a 24/7 basis for urgent maintenance or repair situations.
Provide cross-functional support to other Engineering team members during high-demand event days or as directed by supervision.
