Who we Are: As a member of Inter Miami’s Guest Services team, you will provide unique fan experiences while promoting a positive work environment during all events hosted at NU Stadium. Our focus is to ensure all fans have a safe and memorable experience by offering world-class customer service. We strive to make everyone feel welcome. This supervisory role is essential to our match day experience for both fans and employees. We are looking for energetic and friendly leaders to join our team at Inter Miami CF!
Job Summary
· Starting Pay - $16.00/hour.
· Average hours per shift – 8 to 10
· Average events per month – 2 to 4
· Shifts are ONLY available on event days.
· Supervisors lead a team of guest service representatives, ranging from 5 to 20 individuals.
· The event season at NU Stadium typically runs from late February through November.
· Supervisors must have evening and weekend availability, as most events occur during these times.
· This is a part time position with work hours based solely on the event schedule at both stadiums. .
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Maintain a cheerful outlook and strong people skills.

· Resolve guest complaints and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
· Collaborate effectively with management to enhance employee experience.
· Exhibit excellent communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills.
· Attention to detail, adaptability and the ability to resolve high-pressure situations
· Make sure all venues are kept presentable and problems are reported effectively.
· Submit event recap and incident reports as they arise with appropriate documentation.
· Retain an extensive knowledge of NU Stadium, club policies, and proper emergency procedures.
· Oversee and guide staff performance throughout the event to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
· Conduct pre-event briefings, training on stadium policies/procedures, and access control throughout the stadium.
