Position Reports To: Director of Guest Experience
General Description: The Baltimore Ravens are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to serve as 50/50 Raffle Supervisors during Ravens Gameday/ Events. In this role, you will supervise a team of 10+ team members, manage the technology used to facilitate sales and the compliance of the raffles. Duties will include; training sellers, assigning locations, understanding of the selling platform and the use of handheld devices used, as well as set up and breakdown of equipment used. The role requires strong leadership, sales, and communication skills to help raise funds and awareness of our Ravens Foundation.
This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and various weather conditions.
Job Duties and/or Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise 40 part-time raffle sellers, ensuring they are motivated and compliant.
- Set up electronic handheld devices, tablets, and kiosks before games, and troubleshoot technology issues during events.
- Collect and reconcile digital transactions, ensuring all ticket records are accounted for.
- Ensure all raffle sales comply with state regulations and company policy, verifying that customers are of legal age.
- Assign selling locations and monitor performance throughout the game to maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of previous experience in sales, fundraising, or supervising staff in a fast-paced environment required.
- Strong communication & leadership skills, proficiency in point-of-sale technology, and proficiency in handling high-volume cash transactions.
- Must be able to work all Baltimore Ravens home games, including preseason and post season.
- Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, if necessary
- Must be able to walk up and down numerous steps and long distances in parking lots and around the stadium complex.
- Ability to stand for the majority of time worked.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to interact positively with a large fan base.
- Ability to maintain integrity and professionalism while representing the organization.
- Capable of moving/lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
