The Crown Is Yours

As a Finance Data Analyst, you’ll help support the systems, processes, and data that enable our Finance and Accounting teams to operate efficiently and effectively. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to improve workflows, maintain data accuracy, and support key business initiatives. In this role, you’ll contribute to system enhancements, process improvements, and reporting capabilities that help drive operational excellence. Your work will help ensure our financial operations remain scalable, reliable, and aligned with evolving business needs.

What you'll do as a Finance Data Analyst

  • Support and optimize financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable solutions.

  • Analyze data and business processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

  • Support system implementations, enhancements, testing activities, and data governance initiatives to maintain operational excellence.

  • Create and maintain process documentation, reporting frameworks, and operational standards that support consistency and scalability.

What you'll bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Experience supporting business systems, financial operations, reporting, process improvement, or related functions.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Proficient in SQL and with BI tools (Tableau preferred).

  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
