Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for an Executive Assistant based in Dallas, who will provide high-level administrative support to two senior leaders in the DFW area. Fanatics Collectibles is a dynamic and fast-paced environment and we are seeking someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment with minimal supervision. This role will provide support in creating presentations, data analytics, provide project management support and be involved in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help scale a growing business with offices spanning multiple time zones.

 

What you’ll do...

  • Organize and coordinate schedules, including staff and business meetings, ensuring efficient time management and forward-planning for weeks, months, and quarters ahead
  • Manage and coordinate executives’ domestic and international travel and travel-related activities, including preparation and monitoring of expense reports
  • Act as the point of contact among internal and external stakeholders ensuring optimal management of content and flow of information to executives
  • Prepare presentation decks, analyze data, and manage special projects/initiatives as needed
  • Perform other tasks as needed such as assisting with function/site initiatives and events, drafting communications/memos, develop and manage reports
  • Maintain flexibility for responsiveness during evenings and weekends when critical, respecting work-life balance.
  • Help champion a culture of collaboration, ownership and trust

 

Who you are...

  • 5+ years supporting executive-level or management consultants in an administrative capacity
  • Understands priorities and exercises sound judgment to make appropriate trade-offs
  • Must have strong business acumen, excellent time management skills, and ability to multi-task within a dynamic, start-up culture
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite with outstanding skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-directed with strong customer service orientation, and ability to handle both external and internal stakeholders with professionalism and maturity
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the foresight to anticipate the needs of executives
  • Availability to work from our Sunnyvale Operations Center on a daily basis, travel to Coppell when required, and be within reach as the business demands.
  • Flexibility to travel if needed.
