Entertainment Operations Members will assist the 49ers Game Presentation team in the execution of all gameday entertainment elements at 49ers home games. 


Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Work directly with field producers to execute specific gameday entertainment and show requirements.
  • Help with escorting entertainment groups, including but not limited to performers, flyover pilots, and fog horn guests, while also ensuring they are informed, in place, and on time.
  • Assist in the execution of in-game promotional elements, such as selecting contestants for contests, ensuring promotional items are distributed to winning fans, and preparing props.
  • Assist with all field flag ceremonies, including but not limited to setting up flags, managing check-in tables, and escorting flag holders.
  • Assist with entertainment operations and stage movements, such as for pregame player introductions, national anthem performances, and select halftime shows.
  • Fulfill hospitality riders for entertainment groups.
  • Occasionally help the Game Presentation team on game weeks when available with entertainment inventory, uniform distribution, credentials, radios, wristbands, decorating stages, crew logistics, and setting up green rooms.
  • Attend production meetings on game weeks as requested.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

Required Abilities and Skills:

  • Available for at least 80% of 49ers home games and team events, including potential set-up/prep days on game weeks.
  • A general understanding of football and passion for the San Francisco 49ers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team oriented, works well under pressure, has a positive attitude, self-starter.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Prior experience in a sports or live events environment is required.
  • Experience in entertainment, event production, or stage management is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.

 

This position requires the employee to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays.

Compensation:

$21.00 per hour
