Do you want to work for a Championship organization? We have the job for you! The Miami HEAT Corporate Partnership team is seeking a Director, Partnership Marketing. In this role, you will work with HEAT Group corporate partners to develop and manage their Activation programs / platforms that exceed HEAT Group partners goals/objectives. This includes tracking each program and providing meaningful (appropriate metrics) recaps for each partner. The position’s primary duty will be to regularly direct the work of (1) Senior Account Manager, (1) Account Manager and (1) Coordinators within their role while managing partner accounts. The position shall also be responsible for renewals and upsells for each partner account. This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, aligned with the team’s game calendar and partner events.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a 4-year college or technical school; Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry, with a focus on partnership marketing, agency, or client servicing roles of delivering programs that delivers on ROI. 1+ years of managing direct reports. Very organized and detail oriented. Able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced, fluid environment while balancing multiple tasks at once. Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other programs such as Canva, Monday.com, Wrike.
