As a Creative Strategy Manager, Paid Social, you'll lead the creative strategy behind paid social campaigns, transforming consumer insights, cultural trends, and campaign performance into creative that drives business results. You'll partner across Marketing, Creative, Media, Analytics, Influencer, and external creative partners to shape creative direction from ideation through execution and optimization. In this role, you'll oversee the development of a creative learning strategy that transforms campaign insights into stronger creative direction, champion social-first thinking, and continuously evolve our paid social approach through experimentation and emerging technologies.
Lead creative strategy across paid social campaigns, ensuring every creative concept is grounded in audience insights, business priorities, and performance learnings.
Develop strategic creative briefs that inspire high-performing creative tailored to each social platform.
Translate campaign performance, experimentation, and consumer behavior into actionable creative recommendations that strengthen future campaigns.
Identify emerging consumer behaviors, cultural trends, and platform opportunities to continuously evolve creative strategy.
Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Media, Analytics, Influencer, Production, and external agencies to develop integrated paid social campaigns.
Build repeatable creative testing frameworks and maintain a centralized library of learnings, best practices, and creative recommendations.
Lead recurring creative strategy sessions that align stakeholders around campaign priorities, performance insights, and future creative opportunities.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve creative ideation, strategy development, and team efficiency.
At least 5 years of experience in Creative Strategy, Social Strategy, Performance Marketing, Brand Strategy, or a related field.
Proven experience developing creative strategy for paid social campaigns and translating performance insights into creative direction.
A deep understanding of social platforms, consumer behavior, cultural trends, and emerging digital experiences.
Experience partnering with Creative, Media, Analytics, Influencer, Production, and agency teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
Outstanding creative brief writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with creative testing methodologies and performance marketing principles.
Experience leveraging artificial intelligence or emerging technologies to improve creative strategy, ideation, or workflows.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 102,400.00 USD - 128,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
