Position Summary:
The Business Operations Manager, Local Media, supports the day-to-day operational execution of the NBA’s Local Media organization. Reporting to the Business Operations Lead, this role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional initiatives, maintaining operational processes and systems, supporting financial and vendor operations, and ensuring organizational priorities are executed efficiently.
Working closely with stakeholders across Production, Programming, Engineering, Product, Distribution, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Technology, and NBA teams, the Business Operations Manager helps drive operational excellence through strong project management, process coordination, reporting, and organizational support.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
