The Miami HEAT is looking for a storyteller whose work earns a place inside the team huddle. The Full-Time Basketball Content Producer is a trusted partner to the coaching staff and other members of the Basketball Operations department, is someone who lives for basketball X's and O's, embraces the grind of an NBA season, and understands the power of the right video in the right moment. This role is not responsible for social media content. The Basketball Content Producer functions as an extension of the coaching staff producing internal video content such as motivational pieces, film session support, milestone tributes, and teaching tools. This role is built to serve the players, coaches and Basketball Operations department as opposed to external platforms.

The ideal candidate excels in self-independence, one-person shoots, and strong editing skills. A deep understanding of the game of basketball, Miami HEAT history, and emotional storytelling is a requirement.
