Inter Miami CF is looking for an Associate Creative Director to join the Creative Department. We are seeking someone who thinks big, moves fast, and cares deeply about craft. This role will partner directly with the Creative Director to build campaigns, shape the brand voice, and bring ideas to life across video, social, stadium, brand partnerships, merchandise, experiential, and everything in between. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership
- Develop concepts, campaigns, and narratives across all club initiatives
- Lead day-to-day creative development across social, digital, partnerships, and stadium environments
- Guide designers, writers, editors, and external partners with clear, insightful creative direction
- Uphold and evolve the IMCF brand voice with consistency and ambition
Concept & Execution
- Generate standout ideas that are culturally aligned with Miami, the Club, and global fútbol
- Write and refine scripts, social copy, headlines, brand narratives, and campaign frameworks
- Provide clear direction and an editorial point of view for graphics, photography, video, and content creation
Ownership
- Lead projects from concept to final execution with minimal oversight
- Manage timelines and resources while maintaining high creative standards
- Bring proactive ideas to the table, not just responding to briefs but helping shape them
