The Game Day Partnership Assistants will help with the development and execution of revenue-driven initiatives, such as fulfilling partner activations for the team and Levi’s® Stadium. Opportunity to work additional events outside of game day may become available. This is a seasonal position that will begin in August and last approximately 6 months.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Game day on-site partner activation support (i.e. fulfillment, load-in and set-up).
  • Game day pass/credential distribution & guest escort.
  • Promotional contestant execution & fulfillment (i.e. Helping execute the Ticketmaster Seat Upgrade, U.S. Bank Coin Flip, Xfinity Best Seats in the House, etc.).
  • Partner & prospect suite arrival check-in.
  • Hospitality suite check/setup and catering.
  • Capturing pictures of activations & partner branding during the game.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Required Abilities and Skills:

  • Professionalism in all interactions with fans, partners, 49ers staff members and 49ers players, alumni, executives, coaches, and their families.

  • Ability to work all 49ers home games. Estimated 8-hour workday.
  • Must be detailed-oriented and highly self-motivated with a shared commitment to excellence

  • Punctuality and accountability are essential for all aspects of this role.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Prior experience in a professional sports or large-scale events environment is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and editing photos is preferred.
  • Ticketmaster/Archtics and Excel experience a plus.

The employee will be standing in an indoor/outdoor facility the majority of the time and may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.

The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

 

This position requires the ability to work extended hours and/or weekends.

Compensation: 
$18.70 per hour
