Position Overview:

The Assistant of Game Presentation and Live Events will aid with entertainment elements, logistics, crewing, and event operations at all 49ers home games. This seasonal position will begin on June 15th, 2026 and will last approximately 8 months until February 26, 2027.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with production and event logistics for all 49ers home games and Levi’s Stadium events, including but not limited to gameday timelines, ticketing, event notes, and photography shot lists.

  • Assist with the coordination of game entertainment, including color guards, anthem and halftime performers, fog horn features, dance cam performers, and all 49ers entertainment teams.

  • Review and work with all Amp Squad DJs on gameday music programming.

  • Oversee theme-specific projects assigned during the course of the season, such as a military flag for Salute to Service and prizing for Faithful Appreciation.

  • Write and procure game entertainment digital and print publications for marketing uses, such as gameday magazines, press releases, and things to know graphics.

  • Serve as a Stage Manager on game days, which includes learning stage operations, assisting with talent arrivals and escorts, and also executing entertainment presentations.

  • Assist in the management of game presentation uniforms, talent apparel, and props inventory for 49ers games and events, including but not limited to prizes, giveaway items, entertainment props and entertainment uniforms.

  • Work with internal departments, vendors, and production crew to ensure the department’s operational needs are communicated, documented, requested, and fulfilled.

  • Monitor and respond to fan inquiries for the department’s Gameday inbox.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Communicates orally and in writing in a clear, concise and impartial manner.

  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, while balancing and prioritizing multiple or competing tasks.

  • Professionalism in all interactions with fans, partners, 49ers staff members and 49ers players, alumni, executives, coaches and their families.

  • Must be detail-oriented and highly self-motivated with a shared commitment to excellence.

 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Live Events, Game Entertainment, or Event Planning.

  • Prior experience in a professional sports or large-scale events environment is a plus.

  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Compensation:

$21.00 hourly rate
