Player 15 Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager, Membership Experience to assist team members with engaging, servicing, and renewing Phoenix Mercury season ticket members. In addition to servicing accounts throughout the year, this person will also maintain a focus on upselling current clients, obtaining referrals and seeking out new business opportunities. 

 

 

Your Role on the Team

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to current clients and potential prospects. 
  • Work gamedays, member, and new sales events.
  • Generate leads via prospecting, networking, or connecting with referrals.
  • Schedule and complete face to face appointments in arena and across the Phoenix metro area. 
  • Other duties as assigned as related to the position.

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Optimistic team-first attitude and a competitive desire preferred
  • Willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, and gamedays preferred
  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years working in a sales and/or service role preferred
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics & Arctics preferred
