POSITION OVERVIEW:
Established in 2015, the Sixers Youth Foundation is the non-profit affiliate of the Philadelphia 76ers. Through grant funding and capacity building opportunities we develop multi-year partnerships with organizations serving primarily middle school-aged youth in the greater Delaware Valley region.

The Sixers Youth Foundation is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Ticket Representative for the 50/50 Raffle Program during the Philadelphia 76ers 2026-2027 season. Proceeds from the raffle program will benefit the Foundation’s partnership with non-profit organizations in the Greater Philadelphia Region to serve young people across three key areas — quality extracurriculars, academic enrichment and safe play spaces. 

The Lead Ticket Representative will assist the Development Manager with opening, overseeing, and closing 76ers home games at Xfinity Mobile Arena. The Lead will be trained to use the 50/50 raffle handheld devices. Their duties will include set up and breakdown of gameday raffle signage and materials, as well as selling 50/50 raffle chances to fans at the Community Corner as needed. The Lead is expected to be outgoing, reliable, and a team player. The Lead must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and must possess excellent communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED, TO THE BELOW:

  • Communicate and deliver information from the Development Manager to the 50/50 Ticket Representatives as needed 
  • Understand the mission of the Sixers Youth Foundation and effectively communicate and deliver information regarding the Foundation’s charitable endeavors to fans
  • Must be prompt and arrive at scheduled shifts on time
  • Must be comfortable working in large groups/crowds
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude when interacting with fans and other employees
  • Is expected to work 76ers home games, including pre-season, regular season, and potential post-season playoff games
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Other duties as assigned 


QUALIFICATIONS
:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to work 90% of Philadelphia 76ers home games each month during regular and post season with expectation of working nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary
  • 1 year of 50/50 raffle sales experience in a professional sports setting is required
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Desire to learn about non-profits, fundraising, public relations, public speaking, management, and sales is preferred
  • Must wear uniform when working (shirts and jacket provided): sneakers and black pants 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Work Environment: This position requires that work be performed from the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, PA
  • Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to travel throughout the Xfinity Mobile Arena’s concourse and/or sections. Must be able to lift 30 lbs. 

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The pay rate for this position at commencement of employment is $18/hour.

This position will be an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
