Calling all entertainers and performers!

321 Hype is the official hype squad at Orlando Magic home games and events throughout Central Florida . Their top priority is keeping the energy high and giving the best fans in the NBA an unforgettable experience. You’ll see this crew all over the Amway Center entertaining fans, assisting with on-court contests, and most importantly launching prizes into the crowd during timeouts!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of in-game promotions, halftime acts, and post-game fan activities through live performances on and off the court
• Prepare and execute Live Entertainment activations at Orlando Magic home games
• Assist with the coordination and execution of Fan Experiences and general fan engagement
• Enhance the fan experience by creating Legendary Moments through positive fan interaction
• Represent the Orlando Magic at events

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year experience performing in a live entertainment setting (i.e. theme parks, cheer team, etc.) required
• Special talents (stilt walking, gymnastics, tumbling, etc.) preferred
• Must enjoy working with people, ability to work in front of large crowds, and have a high-energy personality
• General knowledge of Orlando Magic Basketball preferred
