Job description
Use of SI Tickets ticketing system to sell tickets and provide customer service
Accept and apply payments to relevant orders and distribute proper change
Assist customers at the Box Office Customer Service and Ticket Sales windows and resolve any problems
Answer questions regarding events, tickets, and schedules
Maintain a secure working environment for cash and tickets
Other tasks as assigned
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Prior cash handling and customer service experience; comfortable counting money and making change
Guest-centric, quality service attitude
Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
Committed to work 85-90% of 2026 Season Home Schedule (www.newyorkredbulls.com/schedule) and any additional matches/events held at Sports Illustrated Stadium and Montclair State University
Bilingual in Spanish and experience with various ticketing platforms a PLUS!
Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, your assigned hours may vary to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).
The hourly rate for this position is $16/ hour. The hourly rate is subject to change and may be modified.
