The Washington Nationals are seeking a qualified individual for the upcoming 2026 baseball season as Grounds Crew Associate. Nationals Park, home of the Washington Nationals, is located along the banks of the Anacostia River in the Navy Yard neighborhood of Southeast, DC. Opening in 2008, Nationals Park has been the home venue of the Washington Nationals Baseball Club and has also hosted a wide range of non-baseball events.
This is a part time, limited term position. Associate will need to be available to work from May to August 2026, for minimum 40 hours per week. Start date and end date are flexible.

Physical/Environmental Requirements:
Because of the physical demands of the job, candidates are expected to be able to walk, run; lift, carry, and transport up to 50 pounds. Candidates should also have the ability to move quickly under rapidly changing, and unpredictable situations.
Compensation:
The projected wage rate for this position is $17.95 per hour. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s: qualifications, skills, expertise, education/training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range.
